Ririn Dwi Aryanti and Aldi Bragi Both Want to Divorce and Raise Their Child Together

Kapanlagi.com - Couple Ririn Dwi Ariyanti and Aldi Bragi once again attended a divorce hearing at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Thursday (28/10/2021). This time, both Ririn and Aldi did not attend the trial. Both parties were represented by their respective legal representatives.

"So after the previous mediation trial, we went through e-court for the submission of replies and counter-replies through e-court. Then today, there is an event of evidence presentation from the plaintiff," said Riri Purbasari, Ririn's legal representative, at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Thursday (28/10/2021).

"Then today, there is an event of evidence presentation from the plaintiff, so basically Aldi and Ririn both have the same desire to divorce, and they agree that the divorce is due to the lack of compatibility between them," she continued.

Not only that, Ririn Dwi Aryanti and Aldi Bragi also submitted an agreement letter during the trial. So, what is the content of that agreement letter?

1. Raise Children Together

"In essence, the agreement letter states that the divorce process will be carried out amicably and the child will be raised together," he said.

In the same opportunity, Fajar Raihan, Aldi Bragi's legal representative, also stated that both parties have agreed to raise their three children together.

"This incompatibility has led both parties, Mr. Aldi and Ms. Ririn, to ultimately decide to separate because of this incompatibility," said Fajar.

"I would like to add that this joint agreement was made by all parties solely for the growth and development of the children, so that they can continue to feel the love and affection of both parents," said Fajar.
