Indonesia Fashion Week (IFW) will be held soon. The largest fashion and cultural event in the country will take place from 1 - 5 April 2020 at the Jakarta Convention Center. Prior to the event, the Road to IFW Friends & Media Gathering was held. Check out the atmosphere of the event!

The #RoadtoIFW2020 Friends & Media Gathering event was held at Hutan Kota by Plataran Poppy on Wednesday (12/2) yesterday.

The event was attended by important figures who have a significant influence on the upcoming IFW 2020. One of them is Poppy Darsono, the General Chairperson of APPMI and President of IFW.

"This theme is a real commitment from APPMI to support the progress and development of promoting the wealth of Indonesian cultural heritage. Kalimantan is a region with a very rich culture, seemingly endless as an inspiration for the fashion industry," explained Poppy about the chosen theme, Tales of the Equator - Treasure of the Magnificent Borneo.

In addition, the event was enlivened by the presence of several celebrities. One of them is Wulan Guritno.

Wulan looked so graceful and chic wearing a red suit set. Paired with a matching handbag.

Also present was Annisa Pohan, who looked elegant wearing a blue batik. She sat next to Farah Quinn in the front row.

The IFW 2020 designs themselves are planned to showcase ready-to-wear, conventional, contemporary, and modest fashion collections transformed into works that preserve culture.
