The divorce lawsuit filed by Inara Rusli against Virgoun has been granted by the West Jakarta Religious Court. This includes several demands such as full custody of the child to Inara, as well as iddah and mut'ah maintenance.

"The shared wealth in the form of royalties has been granted by the Panel of Judges. The royalties, which were initially doubted and denied by Virgoun's side, today make history in Islamic law because for the first time in Indonesia, it becomes the object of shared wealth," said Arjana Bagaskara, Inara's legal team, after the trial on Friday (10/11/2023).
The four songs created by Virgoun that became a joint treasure for Inara Rusli are Surat Cinta Untuk Starla, Bukti, Orang Yang Sama, and Selamat (Selamat Tinggal).
The reason for choosing these songs is because Virgoun created the lyrics based on his love story with Inara Rusli.
"There are royalties for these four songs. The reason I chose these four is because he drew inspiration from myself and the children," said Inara.
The royalties for these four songs will be divided equally, fifty-fifty. The distribution of royalties to Inara Rusli will continue as long as Virgoun, as a musician, continues to profit from them.
"There is no time limit because the songwriter always receives royalties as long as they are still alive. According to the Copyright Law, it applies for ninety-nine years. So as long as they are both still alive, half of it will still be given to Mother Inara. Even if there is a death later, it will become the children's right," explained Arjana Bagaskara.
It is known that Virgoun is one of the hit-makers in the homeland. Many of his songs have boomed in the market. In addition to those mentioned, there are When You Understand, The Owner of My Heart, and Turning Point in My Life.
Until now, Virgoun is still productive in creating and performing in various places. The same goes for Inara, who is flooded with endorsements on her social media account.
Inara Rusli is now officially a widow. Virgoun is now obliged to support his children until the age of 21!
