Dava was an alumnus of the contestant of MasterChef Indonesia season 7. This man, born in 1999, took his last breath at a young age, namely 24 years old. The news of Dava's passing was delivered directly through the Instagram account of MasterChef Indonesia. Through an instastory post, Dava was declared to have passed away.

"Condolences, Muhamad Umair Dava MasterChef Indonesia Season 7. May the deceased's worship be accepted by Allah SWT and may the family left behind be given patience and fortitude," wrote Instagram MasterChef Indonesia on Tuesday (5/12/2023).
Until now, there has been no definite confirmation regarding the cause of Dava's death. However, according to circulating rumors, Dava is suspected to have taken his last breath due to gastric acid.

Meanwhile, Chef Renatta Moeloek and Chef Arnold Poernomo also expressed their deep condolences as judges of MasterChef Indonesia.
“Rest in peace, thank you Dava for the joy you have given in the Gallery and wherever you are,” wrote Arnold Poernomo.

Dava's Instagram was flooded with condolences from netizens who were shocked by the news of his passing. Dava was prayed for by many who knew him.
