Sad News, Father of Eko Patrio Passes Away

The news was initially known from a circulating WhatsApp message among the media. The message contained news of the passing of Mr. Sumarsono Mulyo and a request to open the door of forgiveness for the deceased.

After the news spread, Andi, Eko's assistant, confirmed it. He ensured that Eko Patrio's father had passed away earlier this afternoon.

"Yes, the news (of his passing) is true. He passed away around 2 p.m.," said Andi when contacted by phone.

2. Orphan

In October 2018, Eko Patrio also lost his beloved mother, Jamini binti Sumopardi, forever. It is known that Jamini passed away due to a heart attack.
