Sad News, Musician Oddie Agam Passes Away at the Age of 68

Kapanlagi.com - Sad news once again envelops the music world of the homeland.Today, Wednesday (27/10/2021), Musician and songwriter, Imran Madjid or familiarly known as Oddie Agam, has just passed away at the age of 68.

This sad news was directly conveyed by musician Stanley Tulung.Through his personal Instagram, he expressed deep condolences for the departure of Oddie Agam.

"Innalillahi wainnaillaihi rojiun.Rest in peace, Bang Oddie Agam, who passed away on October 27, 2021, at 11:00.May you find peace there," Stanley wrote on his Instagram.

The news of Oddie Agam's passing was also confirmed by the family.Through a broadcast message to fellow journalists, the family conveyed their condolences and also the funeral time, which is planned to be held at TPU Menten Pulo, East Jakarta.

"Assalamualaikum, warahmatullahi, wabarakatuh to all my family.Bang Agam has performed the Asr prayer and will be buried at the Sunan Giri Rawa Mangun Public Cemetery." The deceased was prayed at the Friendship Mosque. Please pray that Allah facilitates everything," the message said.

Oddie Agam is an Indonesian singer and songwriter who was famous in the 1980s. Many of his songs became hits, including Wow, Surat Cinta, Bahasa Cinta, Logika, and Tamu Istimewa popularized by pop diva Vina Panduwinata, as well as Antara Anyer dan Jakarta by Malaysian singer Sheila Majid.
