Sad with the Increasing Covid-19 Cases, Ayu Azhari is Ready to Volunteer

Kapanlagi.com - Ayu Azhari is saddened by the increasing Covid-19 cases in Indonesia. The number of deaths due to the Covid-19 pandemic has even surged.

"Sad, heartbreaking, I can't bear to see it. For example, a few days ago in Jakarta, nearly 300 people died in one day," said Ayu Azhari virtually, on Tuesday (12/7/2021).

The wife of Mike Tramp also believes that the surge in Covid-19 cases is due to the lack of public awareness about the pandemic. "The spread of this pandemic is happening rapidly because the public lacks a sense of awareness," she said.

Ayu, who is aware that the government cannot handle Covid-19 alone, is ready to volunteer and help the government in combating Covid-19.

"I am ready to contribute to helping the community as soon as possible in several fundamental sectors that are needed due to the impact of this Covid-19," she emphasized.

Not alone, Ayu and several of her colleagues will help the government by forming the United Indonesian Volunteers Against Covid-19.

Consolidation has been carried out through a zoom meeting platform, attended by various elements of society including Ayu Azhari herself, Indonesian Ambassador to Ukraine Prof Yudi Chrisnandi, Retired Lieutenant General Daryatmo, Retired Rear Admiral Widodo, Retired Police Inspector General Anton Charlian, Retired Major General Sturman Panjaitan, Sultan Kanoman Cirebon.

2. Becoming a Volunteer

Meanwhile, government representatives present include the Director General of Dukcapil Prof Judan and the Head of the Human Resources Agency of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights Sri Puguh Budi Utami. Politicians in attendance include KH Maman Imanul Haq, RA Imron Amin, Kharisma Febriansyah, and Anwar Sadat.

Ayu Azhari is joined by Paramitha Rusadi, Ote Abadi, Hari Koko from the artist community. Not to mention representing the media, Saat Surya Safaat from LKBN ANTARA.
