Kapanlagi.com - Artist Sarwendah has just given a special gift to her son, Betrand Peto, who is turning 20. The gift is a car that the singer, affectionately called Onyo, has long desired.
"Well, for Onyo, it’s not too much, what is it, like too big because he usually likes smaller cars, because if it's too big he says he can't drive it yet," said Betrand when met in the Menteng area, Central Jakarta, on Friday (14/3/2025).
Sarwendah admitted that she was initially attracted to the car because of its unique shape. She also thought that this vehicle could be used by Betrand's younger siblings at home.
"Yesterday, I saw, I happened to be the host, and then I really like automotive, I saw the car was cute, and it looked like a jeep, but it was really big, right?" said Sarwendah when met in Menteng, Central Jakarta, Friday (14/3/2025).
The decision to buy this car was not made suddenly. Sarwendah spent about two months conducting surveys and ensuring that the chosen vehicle met Betrand's needs.
"The survey took quite a long time, around two months I think, because for me it was suitable and also electric cars, the charging is easy," said Sarwendah.

Betrand feels grateful to have a mother who is very attentive to his wishes. He even did not expect that his small request could be fulfilled immediately.
"I feel grateful to have parents who prioritize their child's interests first, before their own needs," said Betrand Peto.
Sarwendah also did not hesitate when she finally decided to buy the car. She saw that the car had a design suitable for Betrand and was also practical to use.
"So, it can be for Onyo to take, and if the younger siblings want to use it at home, it still seems suitable for both girls and boys," said Sarwendah.
Betrand revealed that the process of buying this car was so fast that he felt like he was buying a small everyday item.
"Like buying fried peanuts, suddenly it arrives, suddenly it arrives," said Betrand.
