Before starting the makeup process, Ariana first does skin preparation with various skincare products. Starting from face serum, moisturizer, to under-eye mask.
For base makeup, Ariana uses foundation all over her face. Then she uses concealer and sets her face with setting powder.
Ariana then moves on to her eyebrows. She mentions that her eyebrows have been bleached so she will touch them up a bit to fix them.
She shapes her eyebrows straight and slightly upward at the end. Ariana also prefers short eyebrow ends.
She also doesn't miss to contour her cheekbones. She contours her forehead and jawline.
Ariana also contours the tip of her nose and adds highlighter to enhance her pointed nose.
Ariana mentioned that her makeup inspiration comes from Audrey Hepburn and Marilyn Monroe. Especially Marilyn's way of framing her lips, by outlining them as she does.
Ariana uses eyeshadow almost all over her eyelids. She starts with pink eyeshadow, then she layers it with white eyeshadow.
After applying eyeshadow, Ariana continues by using just a little mascara on her eyelashes.
To create a cat eye, she applies pencil eyeliner by slightly pulling the edge of her eye. Once it's slightly formed, she tidies it up with her finger.
