Kapanlagi.com - Former manager Denny Sumargo, Ditya Andrista revealed his reasons for suing his former boss in court with a case of alleged breach of contract. It turns out that Ditya Andrista deliberately took this action because he wants to seek justice.
When met in the Senayan area, South Jakarta, on Sunday (13/2) afternoon, Ditya said that he had been reported to the police by Denny Sumargo first.
"Because this is just one way to ensure that neither party feels the most right. Make sure everyone has their own justification. But everything will be proven in court," said Ditya Andrista.
"Because what I filed, what he reported criminally, will be proven. I am seeking justice. Once it goes to court, we will see. Justice will find its own way," she continued.

Not only that, Ditya Andrista also accuses Denny Sumargo of violating the employment agreement, causing him to suffer losses of up to Rp 880 million. This loss is the total amount since he started working as the actor's manager.
However, when asked about the reason for filing the lawsuit after six years of working with Denny Sumargo, Ditya Andrista asserts that he has his own answer.
"That's why his statement about not demanding payment for six years, why did he still want to work if he wasn't paid? Well, I don't want to reveal it publicly. Later, the judge will ask, and there are witnesses too. Then it will be answered why I stayed, why I remained silent when not paid. All the answers are there," he said.
In addition, Ditya Andrista still hopes for a peaceful resolution to this case. Because he claims that his current actions are only a response to what Denny Sumargo has done to him.
"Basically, besides going to court, whatever it is. We also want peace. I don't want to argue with him like reporting each other. I'm just reacting to what he did first. He reported me to the criminal court first, I to the civil court," he concluded.
It is known that Denny Sumargo reported Ditya Andrista to the Jakarta Metro Police for alleged forgery and embezzlement of money. Densu, as he is called, claimed that his money amounting to Rp 739 million was taken away by Ditya. After that, Ditya Andrista filed a lawsuit against Denny Sumargo with case number 63/Pdt.G/2022/PN Jkt.Brt at the West Jakarta District Court, claiming to have suffered losses of up to Rp 880,288,000 due to breach of contract.
