Selebgram Cindy Mamesah Called by the Police and Confronted with the Wife of Taspen's CEO

Kapanlagi.com - Antonius Nicholas Stephanus Kosasih, the CEO of Taspen, has recently become the talk of the town. He is suspected of having an affair with a woman named TW and was even caught by his wife, Rina Lauw Kosasih.

There was also a circulating video of Rina confronting her husband and TW in front of a luxurious restaurant in February 2021. The person who uploaded the video is known as Rina's friend named Cindy Lazar Mamesah, who is also a celebrity on Instagram.

Apparently, TW herself was not happy because her actions were secretly recorded and even uploaded on social media. Therefore, she reported Cindy for defamation.

1. Cindy and Rina Summoned to Bareskrim Polri

Interestingly, on Wednesday (28/4) yesterday, Cindy was summoned to provide information regarding the video to Bareskrim Polri. What's surprising is that she was summoned together with Rina, not TW as the reporter.

"So today I am present at Bareskrim as a witness to my friend, Cindy, so I have been here twice. Today is quite surprising, as a lawful wife, I am actually brought here, confronted with my own friend, for a case reported by another woman, that's what surprised me, why can this happen?" said Rina at Bareskrim Polri, Wednesday, 28 April 2021.

"I was reported under the ITE Law, well, I am friends with Rina. When a friend is in trouble, I will definitely defend her, and coincidentally, because of this video, I published it because I am a celebrity on Instagram, so the video went viral," Cindy added.

2. Questioning Why the Reporter Was Not Summoned

Ardian Rizaldi, SH as Rina's legal representative regrets the confrontation between his client and Cindy. He explained that there should actually be a complainant for a confrontation to take place.

"I'm confused why my client is confronted with the accused. It should be the complainant with the accused, or everyone confronted, sitting together, not separated one by one, it's not fair. But well, this is the police regulation, we still respect it," Ardian asserted.

"Why is this actually happening? Who is the complainant targeting? This is like a game, it's like what I read, playing chess. What is the intention behind this?" he added.

3. Rina Kosasih Refuses

Rina herself admitted that she does not accept being treated like this, especially being made a witness. Even though she is the legitimate wife of Steve Kosasih who recorded her husband cheating.

"As the legitimate wife, I also do not accept being treated like this, being called as a witness twice. A witness for what? for the truth? I stand, I speak for the truth and facts, the circulating video was recorded by me and that was the real incident. So here, I hope that all parties, especially the public who see all of this, we must be smart in observing all of this, that the truth surely exists," concluded Rina.
