Sell Istana Cinere, Ashanty Says There Are Already Interested Buyers and Down Payment Has Been Made

Kapanlagi.com - After being indecisive for a while, Anang Hermansyah and Ashanty's Istana Cinere is officially for sale. The Istana Cinere, which was initially offered at a price of Rp 40 billion, is now being sold at a price of Rp 35 billion and still negotiable.

Istana Cinere has been listed on a property agent's website since a few days ago. And according to Ashanty, she has received offers from potential buyers for the house she built with Anang.

1. Already DP-ed

"Yesterday it was already DP-ed by someone, you know. But yeah, just DP-ed," said Ashanty as quoted from Intens Investigasi, Wednesday, (24/6).

However, Ashanty does not want to explain explicitly whether this DP or down payment means that her house has been sold or not. Because she herself is still unsure because it is only in the form of DP.

2. Currently Looking for a New House

Elsewhere, Anang confirmed that his house will indeed be sold. This plan is not a new discourse, because Anang and Ashanty have revealed it to the public since a few months ago.

However, where the A6 family will move to, until now Anang still hasn't revealed it. He admitted that he is still looking for a house as desired by Ashanty.

"Don't know yet. Still looking, just about to go," he said.
