If the owner of the online store feels uncomfortable with the payment process and has had to wait for a few days from my side and management, I sincerely apologize," Shandy wrote.
Not stopping there, Shandy also added, "What I regret is that they could have directly provided feedback to my management because I would definitely respond positively, as I have no intention of disrespecting your product."
