Virgoun and Tenri Ajeng Anisa responded to the police summons to conduct a confrontation examination related to the report made by Inara Rusli accusing them of adultery, on Tuesday (17/10/2023). Virgoun and his legal team arrived at the Directorate of Criminal Investigation building around 15.45 WIB.
Prior to Virgoun, Tenri Ajeng Anisa arrived 10 minutes earlier. While in the investigator's room, the two, who used to have a good relationship but are currently in conflict, sat side by side.
"During the examination, it was in a row, on the far right is Agung (Tenri's lawyer), in the middle is Tenri, on the left is Virgoun," said Adrian Dwi Putra, Tenri's lawyer after undergoing BAP.
Tenri, who is known to have reported Virgoun and Inara due to frustration of being dragged into their marital conflict, admitted that he didn't talk much when meeting Virgoun. He also behaved appropriately when meeting Virgoun.
"It's just normal. Go in straight away, undergo BAP straight away," said Tenri. "So there was no conversation (between Virgoun and Tenri). Because it started immediately (BAP)," added Adrian.
As known, Tenri refused to be involved in Virgoun and Inara's marital conflict. Tenri is mentioned as the third party in their marriage.
Tenri then reported Virgoun and Inara, as well as several social media accounts, to the Metro Jaya Police on Friday, May 5, 2023, for alleged defamation.
The next day, on Saturday, May 6, 2023, it was Inara Rusli's turn to report Tenri and Virgoun for alleged adultery under Article 284 of the Indonesian Penal Code Law Number 1 of 1946.
On this occasion, Tenri's party told the media that the accusation of adultery with Virgoun was false.
