Skipping Police Summons, Nia Daniaty's Child and Son-in-Law Will Prepare Complete Evidence for Alleged Civil Servant Fraud Case

Kapanlagi.com - Nia Daniaty's daughter, Olivia Nathania, skipped the questioning by the investigators of the Jakarta Metropolitan Police. The woman, who is familiarly called Oi, along with her husband, Rafly N Tilaar, were supposed to undergo questioning regarding a case of alleged fraud under the guise of civil servant recruitment on Tuesday (5/10/2021).

According to Oi's legal representative, Susanti Agustina, her client was not mentally prepared and was still gathering evidence related to the report from Agustin. Meanwhile, Rafly N Tilaar did not attend the summons due to illness.

"Oh, today they were supposed to be questioned as well, but Rafly has been sick for about five days. He has typhoid fever, and we have provided a medical certificate with an explanation from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights," said Susanti Agustina at the Jakarta Metropolitan Police on Tuesday (5/10/2021).

1. Prepare Complete Evidence

Susanti said that they are still preparing complete evidence regarding the alleged fraud disguised as CPNS, one of which is bank account evidence.

"Because there are a lot of incoming money transactions, until now only a quarter of the work has been completed. (The total) is still in the billions, Oliv has only tested around 1.3 billion. We can't discuss the exact amount yet because we haven't received accurate data, it's only around 1.5 billion. It went into Rafly and Oliv's accounts," she said.

Agustina said that her client did not promise people to enter CPNS. However, Oi only opened a tutoring or coaching class for CPNS participants.

"Its function is for education, like tutoring, not promising to become a CPNS," she said.

2. Continuation of Examination Process

The police plan to summon Oi and Rafli again on Monday, October 11, 2021, for questioning regarding the alleged fraud case disguised as the recruitment of civil servants (CPNS).

"Yes, Monday, October 11 is the latest. From our side, the latest is the 11th, and it's clear that if asked about their mental health, if they say they are sick, the investigation cannot be conducted," Agustina concluded.
