Kapanlagi.com - Soap opera actor Sandy Permana passed away on Sunday (12/1/2025) in a horrific condition. He was found lying on the side of Cibarusah Road, Bekasi, West Java, with numerous wounds and covered in blood.
"The stab wound is here (neck), there’s a hole, he was stabbed with a screwdriver. And on his face, it’s full, there are knife slashes on his chest, abdomen, and back. There are also many knife slashes on his hands," revealed Sandy Permana's wife, Ade Andriani, at the funeral home on Monday (13/1/2025).
According to Ade, her husband had a dispute with a neighbor who is suspected to be the perpetrator of the stabbing. The incident occurred on Sunday morning around 07:30 WIB while Sandy was engaged in activities around the house.

"It was like that morning, usually we deliver chicken food to the back. Then (on Sunday) around 07:30 AM, that was when the incident happened. They said there was a dispute, but I don’t know what it was like," said Ade.
Ade added that Sandy had reprimanded his neighbor who was trimming a tree before the incident. That reprimand was suspected to be the trigger for the conflict. Ade felt suspicious of his neighbor because of his cynical attitude towards his family all this time. In fact, there was a personal experience that strengthened that suspicion.

"Because something similar happened to me too. A few weeks ago, I was passing by with my child on a motorcycle. But when I passed by, he was ‘old’ trimming the tree. I said, ‘What’s wrong with this person, just be careful if someone is passing by, what if my child gets hurt?’ So he just glared," said Ade.
The relationship between Sandy and his neighbor also heated up during a neighborhood meeting in October 2024. Disagreements over regulations regarding alcoholic beverages became one of the topics that triggered the argument.

"Yes, he (the suspected perpetrator) was involved, there was a quarrel during that meeting, about something, about alcohol. He was being rude, saying something, shouting, my husband heard, 'what did he say?'. Maybe from there he had a dislike for my husband," said Ade.
Ade revealed that the neighbor has not been home since the tragic incident. This further strengthens the suspicion that the neighbor is the perpetrator.
"The information is that after the quarrel, after that incident, he (the suspected perpetrator) ran away, disappeared, and has not been found until now," said Ade.

Ade also mentioned that Sandy kept calling her neighbor's name while asking for help. This happened when Sandy was severely injured and trying to seek assistance from nearby residents.
"Yes, I suspect, because at the time of the incident my husband was covered in blood. My husband had walked to ask for help from the residents; there was a nurse next door, he asked for help. Because there was no one, he went to his friend. His friend asked why, he kept mentioning the perpetrator's name. While bleeding, he kept mentioning the perpetrator's name," said Ade.
Until now, the police are still investigating this case and searching for the whereabouts of the suspected perpetrator. Ade's statement is expected to help in the disclosure of the tragic case that killed Sandy Permana.
