Kapanlagi.com - Artist Ashanty and her colleague, Airyn Tanu, have formed a social foundation called the Passion Kasih Transformasi Bangsa Foundation. Interestingly, this foundation was initiated by Ashanty's children, Azriel Hermansyah and Arsy Hermansyah, as well as Airyn Tanoe's child, Lavaro.
It turns out that their children have a vision and mission to support the future of less fortunate young generations. Now, the foundation has already provided support for hundreds of underprivileged children.
"Both of us thought, if our children have ideas like this, why don't we implement it in a foundation that can shape them," said Ashanty during a press conference in Kemang, South Jakarta, on Friday (30/6).
"This foundation has already provided support for 600 children, and fortunately, our friends here are willing to join us in helping together, and this foundation is open to all religions, without discrimination," added Ashanty.

Ashanty is very proud that the foundation initiated by Azriel and Arsy has now been accepted by Lions Clubs International, an international service organization established since 1917.
"And what makes me happy is that today we have been accepted by a big organization like Lions Clubs to join them," said Ashanty.
So far, the Passion Kasih Transformasi Bangsa Foundation has helped residents in seven regions including Narogong, Ciangsana, Kampung Panggarutan, Bantar Gebang, and Cipendawa.
"We not only provide education but also nurture these children so that they have a better future and of course we are very happy with Ashanty and friends who support as well," said Airyn, on the same occasion.
"Then there is Dr. Devya who has the same vision and mission, Mrs. Rosita, Sally Giovanny as the owner of Batik Trusmi, we all have the same vision and mission and do not discriminate. So even though we are different in background, we support and have the same goals," she concluded.
