This was stated directly by Lina Yunita's legal representative, Devi Waluyo, when contacted by reporters on Thursday (9/9/2021).

"The process of reconciliation is still waiting for realization from the accused party," said Devi Waluyo.

In this reconciliation process, Lina Yunita only asks David NOAH to return the amount of 1.15 billion Rupiah. Lina Yunita asks David NOAH to return the money without installments.

"Just ask for it to be returned according to the agreement's commitment. There is nothing else," she said.

"Directly without installments. Already agreed not to be paid in installments. Just wait for the realization," he concluded.

As is known, the case involving David began when David and his two friends asked for help from Lina Yunita as the reporter to fund a shipbuilding project in his company PT A in 2019 worth 1,150 billion.

David and his two friends promised to return the money in about three to six months. However, David and his two friends have not yet returned the money.

As a result, David and his two friends were reported to the Metro Jaya Regional Police. The report against David is registered with Number: LP/B/3761/VII/2021/SPKT Metro Jaya Regional Police on August 5, 2021. David and his friend were reported under Article 372 of the Criminal Code and Article 378 of the Criminal Code.
