Soraya Abdullah Passed Away Because of Covid-19, Peggy Melati Sukma: Farewell, My Friend

Kapanlagi.com - Sad news once again envelops the entertainment world. Actress Soraya Abdullah passed away on Monday (2/1) yesterday. The woman who is usually called Aya passed away at Siloam Hospital Kelapa Dua - Tangerang.

The news was announced by Peggy Melati Sukma. Peggy also explained that the actress, born on August 3, 1978, had been diagnosed with Covid-19.

"Bismillah, innalillahi wa inna ilaihi roji'un, our friend Soraya Abdullah Balfas has passed away this afternoon at RS Siloam Kelapa Dua Tangerang. Diagnosed with Covid Comorbid Asthma," she wrote on Instagram.

Peggy also gave her last words. "May she have a good ending. May her death be martyrdom and her worship be accepted by Allah SWT. Amin allahumma aamin. Farewell, my friend, we will follow you," she continued.

2. Send a Hug of Love

While Aya was being treated in the ICU, Peggy always sent hugs of love and asked for forgiveness.

"Aya, hopefully the last message through your husband was delivered, I always pray for you while you fight in the ICU, sending hugs of love even if only through WA, and asking for forgiveness," wrote Peggy.

3. News from Umi Pipik

Previously, the sad news was also conveyed by Umi Pipik. On Monday (1/2/2021), Ummi Pipik uploaded a photo of her together with the late person. In the photo, both of them were wearing all-black veils.

"Innalillahi wa innailaihi rojiun. Farewell my friend shaliha, Soraya Abdullah. Allahummaghfirlaha warhamha wa'afiha wa'fuanha. Allah loves you more, O woman of paradise," wrote Ummi Pipik.
