As a biological mother, Venna Melinda feels proud of Verrell Bramasta for buying a new car for his stepmother.

"Alhamdulillah, I am proud, it means I have a child who knows how to be grateful," said Venna Melinda when met in the Tendean area, South Jakarta, Monday (27/4/2024).

"Because according to Verrell, it is a sign that he used my car for his campaign before and it got damaged. So he replaced it with a new one," added Venna.

Venna revealed that a child's love for their mother is not only seen through expensive gifts. As a mother, Venna feels happy when her child gives a simple gift.

"So, for a mother, the measure of a child's love is not based on expensive gifts, it means the more expensive the love, the better. For a mother, just a phone call asking 'what do you want to eat mom or can I accompany you' is more valuable than any treasure," said Venna Melinda.

Venna emphasized that she always educates her children not only about material possessions. Instead, she always educates them to be pious and righteous individuals.

"So, I emphasize once again to my children Verrell, Athala, and Vania, that money or cars are just worldly decorations. The most important thing is that if you become pious and righteous children, you pray for your parents, your mother who gave birth to you, to be healthy," said Venna.

"Even if Verrell now receives a lot of blessings in the DPR, he must not be arrogant. He must stay grounded, because all the entrusted things must be carefully maintained," concluded Venna Melinda.
