Still Fighting Over Assets, Teddy Pardiyana Willing to Hand Over Boarding Houses to Rizky Febian Provided He is Given 500 Million

Kapanlagi.com - Teddy Pardiyana intends to report his stepson, Rizky Febian, to the police. The reason is that the singer is suspected of committing a crime of unauthorized asset takeover.

The asset in question is a boarding house located in the Bojongsoang area of Bandung. Rizky is said to have taken over the boarding house that Teddy bought since Lina Jubaedah passed away.

"According to information from Mr. Teddy, the asset has been taken over by RF and his friends since the deceased passed away. This means that for almost two years, the results (boarding house) have been taken over by them," said Wati Trisnawati, Teddy's legal counsel, when met by Bareskrim Polri, South Jakarta, Friday (27/5/2022).

1. Asking for Rp 500 Million to Live

Teddy Pardiyana has not reported Rizky Febian and hopes that this issue can be resolved within the family. Teddy even wanted to release the asset as long as he was given Rp 500 million.

"If they want to take the boarding house asset, please. As long as they return the rights. Yesterday we talked not extravagantly, Mr. Teddy only asked for 500 (million), even though the amount he spent was one billion. He asked for 500 also for the sake of his child," explained Wati.

2. Buying Jointly with Lina Jubaedah

Teddy Pardiyana bought the building for approximately two billion before marrying the late Lina Jubaedah. He collected money worth one billion from working in America and then the deceased helped him buy it.

"Buying assets before marriage, but there was money from the deceased, so it was a fifty-fifty partnership. Yesterday Mr. Teddy asked for 500 not for anything, but for living. Because the money he earned from America during his decades of work went to the boarding house. Originally intended for future livelihood, but now it is controlled without his permission," explained Wati.

3. Massage Services for Daily Expenses

So far, Teddy Pardiyana has been taking care of Bintang alone. To meet the needs of his beloved child with the late Lina Jubaedah, he opened a massage service.

"Until now, he relies on his daily needs from his profession as a masseur," said Wati.
