Rinoa Aurora officially withdrew her report against Leon Dozan at the Central Jakarta Metro Police on Monday (12/4/2023). Rinoa's decision raises questions. Rinoa does not deny that since the alleged abuse committed by Leon Dozan, she finds it difficult to forgive. Besides the physical injuries caused by her lover's actions, her mental state is also shaken.
However, she tries to be big-hearted towards Leon Dozan. In fact, she still gives hope to Leon Dozan to rekindle their relationship.
"For now, we need to be alone. (Regarding getting back together) we don't know yet. We don't know what will happen in the future," she said.
Rinoa further stated that since being detained, Leon Dozan has undergone many changes. She believes that Leon will not do the same thing to her again.
"I know Leon, I can see that he has changed a lot from his behavior, his way of speaking, his way of walking, his demeanor, so from there I can judge that there are many things that have changed," said Rinoa.
Moreover, Leon Dozan has made a promise not to repeat the same act. That is Rinoa's condition for forgiveness and withdrawal of the report.
"There is an agreement. Leon must not repeat his actions," said Yuliana Assad, Rinoa's mother.
Meanwhile, Betharia Sonata, Leon's mother, assures that her child will change and will not repeat the same thing.
"I know my child, I see that he has truly repented, promising me that he doesn't want to go back to that again, I believe he will hold onto that commitment. He has indeed repented, regretted it, and wants to become the child I desire," said Betharia Sonata.
