Still Mentioning the Gono-Gini Wealth, Teddy's Lawyer Indirectly Criticizes Sule to Learn More about Marriage Law and Islamic Religion

Kapanlagi.com - The dispute between Sule and Teddy is getting hotter. After several facts about Teddy were revealed to the public, this time it's Teddy's lawyer, Ali Nurdin, who defends his client.

Quoted from the Seleb Oncam News YouTube channel not long ago, Ali said that Teddy and his child, Bintang, have the right to inherit from the late Lina Zubaedah. Ali also emphasized that the wealth must be fought for.

"Teddy has the right, his child has the right to inherit from the deceased. If it's not fought for, it's also wrong, it must be fought for." said Ali Nurdin.

1. Religiously

Ali Nurdin also stated that, religiously, Teddy and his son have the right to inherit from the late Lina. According to him, it must be done and implemented because there is already a legal basis.

"Coincidentally, there was a national preacher who made a statement that if he studied Islamic law, if he feels to be a Muslim and follows Islamic law. There are rules, it must be implemented," said Ali.

2. Mentioning Sule Will Not Become Poor

Not only that, Ali also mentioned that Sule took what was not his. He even sarcastically said that what Sule did is a sin. And if that wealth is given to Teddy, Sule will not become poor.

"If the language is 'I am rich, I have it, let me take it.' That's not the problem, this is about the rights of others that you keep, you control. Don't do it, it's a sin. Just give the rightful share, you won't become poor," said Ali.

3. Must Be Divided in Half

Once again, Ali asserts that the joint property from Sule and Lina's marriage must be divided in half, especially for the property under Lina's name. 

"As long as it is under Kang Sule's name, under the late's name, as long as it was acquired during the marriage period, it must be divided in half," said Ali. 

"There is already a law, so if there is a statement 'What about Teddy's matter? The certificate is under Sule's name,'" he added.

4. Asking Sule to Learn Again

Ali concludes his clarification by making a sarcastic remark towards Sule. He asks the famous comedian to learn about marriage law and to further study Islamic religion. 

"Yes, learn about inheritance law again, learn about marriage law again, learn about Islamic religion again. So that you understand, on the same frequency," he emphasized.
