Stuck Mediation, Judge Still Open to Peace Between Wenny and Rezky Aditya

Kapanlagi.com - Mediation hearing of the lawsuit by Wenny Ariani against Rezky Aditya held by the Tangerang District Court on Wednesday (4/8/2021) has not reached an agreement between the two parties. As a result, the hearing proceeded to the main case and was held on the same day.

In the courtroom, the Panel of Judges stated that they are still open to the possibility of reconciliation between the plaintiff and the defendant outside the court as much as possible until the Panel of Judges gives a final decision.

1. Failed Mediation

"Mediation failed but the opportunity for reconciliation is still given until the Judge makes a decision," said the Judge.

In the main hearing of the case, the Judge himself has examined the lawsuit files and has asked the plaintiff to read the lawsuit. This hearing will continue on August 18th with the defendant's response agenda.

2. Having a Child with Rezky

As known, Wenny Ariani, who claims to have a child with Rezky Aditya, filed a lawsuit at the Tangerang District Court on July 30, 2021. In the lawsuit, Wenny requested Rezky Aditya to take a DNA test and acknowledge their 8-year-old child, Kekey, as his own flesh and blood.

In addition, Wenny also requested the Court to seize the assets owned by Rezky Aditya, namely a house and a four-wheeled vehicle. Wenny herself also demanded material and immaterial losses with a total amount of Rp 17.5 billion.
