Investigating further, the one who sued the mother of two children on January 18, 2023, is Ryszard Bleszynski. The person with the same last name claims to be Tamara's sibling.

Tamara Bleszynski is sued by Ryszard for not paying for her father's medical treatment, Zbigniew Bleszynski. According to Ryszard's lawyer, there was an agreement between his client and Tamara regarding the financing of her father's treatment. Tamara is then sued for Rp 34 billion.

Through his lawyer, Ryszard explained the background of his lawsuit. It started with the medical expenses of their father, which amounted to USD 130,000. In 2001, they agreed that both Tamara and Ryszard Bleszynski would share the expenses.

Added by Ryszard's lawyer. Over the years, Tamara Bleszynski did not fulfill the agreement. As a result, Ryszard sued Tamara in the South Jakarta District Court.

In response to the lawsuit, Tamara Bleszynski, through her lawyer, Djohansyah, claimed that she has not received any information regarding the matter.

"Our client, Tamara, has not received an official and proper notification regarding the lawsuit, so we cannot comment further. Thank you," he said as quoted by detikcom, Thursday (26/1/2026).

As for the trial itself, the breach of contract lawsuit by Ryszard Bleszynski against Tamara Bleszynski will be held on February 8, 2023. "The first hearing is about the presence of the parties," said Djuyamto, the Public Relations Officer of the South Jakarta District Court.

"The attendance of the judges' panel will be checked. If both parties are present, the mediation process will continue. But if one party is absent, it will be rescheduled," Djuyamto concluded.
