Sued for Almost 1 Billion by Former Manager, Denny Sumargo: Just Normal

The lawsuit was filed at the West Jakarta District Court with the case number 63/Pdt.G/2022/PN Jkt.Brt, accusing Denny Sumargo of breach of contract.

"I already know (the news), it's nothing special, nothing significant. It doesn't matter, it's almost certain that he (Ditya) will become a suspect," said Denny Sumargo when contacted on Thursday (10/2/2022).

Then Denny Sumargo suspects that the lawsuit is just an attempt by his former manager to buy time amidst the alleged embezzlement and forgery case that is currently entangling him.

"He sued it, he asked the police for it. He asked for a suspension so that he becomes a suspect and he reconciles with himself. He wants to buy time. That's why I didn't respond, just normal," he said.

The former national basketball player also admitted that he doesn't feel tired with this case that has not been resolved yet. On the other hand, Denny Sumargo also ensured that the case report against Ditya is still ongoing.

3. Prepare

"No, not tired, because it's being handled well, because his lawyer is Mas Ogi, all the files are complete, so all the articles that are targeted are there. So there's no tiredness," he said.

In addition, Denny Sumargo is also ready if there is a call related to his case.

4. Report Former Manager

"Not only attending, I will pay how much money, you will definitely go to jail. Only civil case Rp1 billion, we took the money, he took my money and didn't want to count. Go to jail and count inside, no problem,"

Previously, Denny Sumargo had reported his former manager, Ditya Andrista, to the Jakarta Metro Police for alleged embezzlement and forgery. Densu accused his money, amounting to nearly 800 million, of being taken away by his former manager.
