"As the grandfather of Medina Zein, I suddenly heard a big commotion in our family, so the condition of Medina Susani is currently being treated at the Mental Hospital of the Provincial Government of West Java," said Sunarya in the Senopati area, South Jakarta, on Monday (16/5).

Sunarya admitted that he had advised his granddaughter not to take on too much work. But apparently, Medina Zein did not heed his advice.

"Actually, since around 2016, I have seen the symptoms and advised her not to be too busy with this and that business while she is still young, maybe her brain is still weak, so this is what happened now," said Sunarya.

With Uya Kuya and Denise Chariesta, both claimed to have been deceived by Medina Zein for tens of millions of rupiah. After that, Denise revealed that Medina used Raffi Ahmad's ID card to deceive her victims and make a profit.

Even Raffi Ahmad is reportedly consulting to report Medina Zein for allegedly using his name for endorsement purposes with a company with a contract value of up to 500 million rupiah.

"Many people are affected, especially investors, business partners, all of which are done by Medina Zein without the knowledge of her family," said Sunarya.

Therefore, the family requested that all problems faced by Medina Zein could be resolved by the family, so that Medina Zein could recover quickly.

"Now it's acute, she's being treated at the hospital and can't explain anything in front of the media. That's why I'm very concerned that investors or business partners can understand and forgive, and I apologize for our family's negligence in not constantly monitoring her business," said Sunarya.
