The heart-shaped diamond-studded ring holds a deep meaning for Ricis. Hence, it is called the Heart of Sea, symbolizing eternal love.
According to Ricis, the ring tells the story of her life, where she experienced her first love, just like the story of a Mermaid who fell in love at first sight with a prince.
"There is a story behind the ring, it's also about a mermaid, so it's like, oh, even though he doesn't follow my YouTube channel after we met, he's stalking me, haha," said Ricis blushing.
Ricis further emphasized that Teuku Ryan is her first love who came at the right time. "Maybe Allah sent brother Ryan to replace the figure of my father, the first love taken by Allah, but Allah also sent the first love again, and hopefully the last," said Ricis.
Ria Ricis and Teuku Ryan will hold an engagement event at JW Mariott Hotel, Jakarta on September 23, 2021. They also plan to get married this year.
