Surviving to Keep Household Finances Stable Amid the Covid 19 Pandemic, This is Hikmal Abrar's Story

Kapanlagi.com - Hikmal Abrar is known to rarely appear on television these days. He was at the peak of his career when he played Pak Tio in the soap opera 'Awas Ada Sule' a few years ago.

Of course, the entertainment industry in the homeland always produces new talents with younger ages. Realizing this, since 2012 Hikmal Abrar has tried his luck in the business world.

As time went by, in 2019 Hikmal and his wife, Nuri Shaden, dared to open a business that they manage themselves. But one year later, Indonesia, even the world, was hit by the Covid 19 pandemic.

1. Not Easy

This situation is certainly not easy for anyone. When met in Gunawarman area, South Jakarta, (27/6) on Monday afternoon, Hikmal admitted that he felt the impact of the pandemic very much.

"Yes, we were affected, but how can we survive with all the facilities available and alhamdulillah survive," said Hikmal Abrar.

2. Good Response

However, this 41-year-old actor admitted that at the beginning of his business venture, he received a good response from customers. But because of the pandemic, his business had to temporarily close.

"From the beginning, the response was good, but because of Covid, we didn't blame the situation at that time and our challenge was temporarily closed, but finally we just used our capital. Now that Covid is starting to be controlled, it could be a blessing," he said.

3. Managing Finances

In addition, Hikmal admitted that besides his own efforts, he also has other sources of income so that the needs of his household kitchen can be fulfilled.

"Alhamdulillah, from the office (other business), the kitchen needs are fulfilled first, we have to be safe. At least that's the priority, we will manage the rest as long as it is halal," he said.
