Suspected Violation of Health Protocols During the Launch of His New Restaurant, Rizky Billar Responds to Police Summons

Kapanlagi.com - Rizky Billar has just launched his new restaurant, Raja Sei, in the Tanjung Duren area, West Jakarta, some time ago. But in the middle of the event, the restaurant was suddenly visited by Satpol PP and temporarily closed due to suspected violation of health protocols considering the current pandemic situation of Covid-19.

On Wednesday, March 10, 2021, the partner of Lesti Kejora was finally summoned by the Tanjung Duren Police Station, West Jakarta, to provide clarification. The 25-year-old man emphasized that his presence at the police summons was only to provide clarification.

1. Fulfill the Invitation

"I can explain that I went to Tanjung Duren Police Station to fulfill the clarification invitation as the owner," said Rizky Billar when met at Tanjung Duren Police Station, West Jakarta, Wednesday (10/3) after being asked for clarification by the police.

"I came here not to be questioned as a witness or a suspect, but I came here as the owner of my restaurant," he continued.

2. Came to Cut the Ribbon

Rizky Billar also stated that his presence was only to carry out the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the inauguration of his restaurant. Not only that, before the restaurant's launching day, he also claimed to have reminded his management to comply with the applicable health protocols.

"So I came here to cut the ribbon. I have also reminded the management beforehand to comply with the health protocols," he said.

3. Given 24 Questions

Meanwhile, Tanjung Duren Police Chief, Commissioner Agung Wibowo, said that during the interview, Rizky Billar was asked 24 questions regarding alleged violations of health protocols. However, Agung could not confirm whether there were any violations of health protocols or not.

4. Cannot Be Confirmed Yet

"There were 24 questions earlier. I still cannot confirm because it has to go through the case presentation process," concluded Agung Wibowo.
