Ibnu Jamil and Ririn Ekawati held their wedding on Saturday today (30/1/2021) at Ayana Mid Plaza Hotel, Central Jakarta. The event was conducted with the implementation of health protocols, starting from the marriage contract ceremony in the morning, attended by immediate family and close friends. During the press conference with journalists, Ibnu and Ririn revealed the intention behind holding the wedding at the beginning of the year.

"Actually, there is no special meaning, but January is the beginning of the year, hopefully both of us can have a new and better life ahead," said Ririn during a press conference.

The wedding concept of Ibnu Jamil and Ririn Ekawati is dominated by white color and orchid accents for the decorations. White color and orchids apparently have a special history for this couple.

"The first flower that Ibnu gave me was white and (a type of) orchid, so that's why I chose this concept. But Ibnu also approved," said Ririn.

Ibnu Jamil also explained why he gave white orchids when proposing. Apparently, it is the color and flower that Ririn Ekawati likes.
