Syahrini Appreciates the Police for Uncovering the Smuggling of Billions of Meth

Yup! As known, on Wednesday (3/5) the Police along with the Narcotics Directorate of the Jakarta Metro Police successfully uncovered a 402 kg methamphetamine network in Sukabumi. The value of the methamphetamine reached more than Rp 482 billion. 

Syahrini dedicated her latest post to the Police, specifically to the Red and White Special Task Force. She uploaded several photos of the moment when the Police held a press conference showing the evidence of the methamphetamine wrapped in a ball shape.

The news of the methamphetamine bust went viral. Many parties have expressed their appreciation for the Police. It's no wonder that the singer of the song Restu also showed support for the Police.

2. Uncovering Case

This case started with the receipt of information about a methamphetamine transaction from Iran. The method used was ship to ship in the middle of the Indian Ocean.

"Then, the SATGASSUS POLRI Merah Putih Team, together with the Narcotics Directorate of the Metro Jaya Regional Police under the leadership of Kombes Herry Heryawan, conducted an investigation and tracing of the information on the methamphetamine from Iran," explained Listyo in his statement on Thursday (4/6).
