Syifa Hadju Officially Reports Netizens Suspected of Threatening to Kidnap and Rape Her

Kapanlagi.com - Syifa Hadju has finally officially reported the alleged threat of kidnapping and rape she experienced to the South Tangerang Police on Friday night, February 28th. The 19-year-old actress made the report accompanied by her mother, Shendy Hadju, and Sandy Arifin as her legal representative.

Syifa finally reported the alleged perpetrator with the registered report number TBL/232/K/II/2020/SPKT/Res Tangsel. With this report, the alleged perpetrator is threatened with charges under Article 45 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 27 paragraph 1 or Article 45 B in conjunction with Article 29 of the Information and Electronic Transactions Law.

1. Threat of 6 Years in Prison

"There is a report from our sister SH regarding threats made on Instagram social media. From SH's relative and one witness, namely her own parents, we have requested clarification regarding the case," said AKP Muharram Wibisono, the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of South Tangerang Police, when interviewed at the location.

"Because there are several words that can be categorized as indecency with a threat of 6 years imprisonment and a fine of 1 billion under article 45 B, where there are words threatening with a fine of Rp 750 million and 4 years imprisonment," he continued.

2. Experienced Since a Few Months Ago

In addition, with this report, Syifa finally admitted feeling more relieved because there is at least legal action against the alleged perpetrator who threatened her. She has experienced this incident since a few months ago, but as time goes by, the terror has become more serious and it has made her afraid.

Indeed, Syifa tried to prevent the threat by blocking the perpetrator's account that was harassing her. However, the perpetrator did not stop and continued to terrorize her with another account.

3. Getting Crazier Over Time

"Because I have gone through a long process to discuss this with my parents, Bang Sandy as a lawyer because it's getting crazier over time (the terror), so hopefully this is the right decision, God willing," said Syifa Hadju.
