Nami, now a captive of Shiki, faces a difficult choice: join Shiki's crew or watch her friends and hometown be destroyed. For the safety of her friends and East Blue, Nami reluctantly agrees to Shiki's offer, even though it weighs heavily on her.

Meanwhile, Shiki reveals his evil plan to unleash the wild animals on those islands into East Blue. His goal is to force the World Government to surrender and demonstrate his unmatched power.
