Although his power remains unmatched, Saitama begins to feel increasingly empty because there are no opponents that can provide him with a significant challenge.

The operation to raid the Monster Association's headquarters begins. Class-S heroes like Tatsumaki, Bang, Atomic Samurai, and others enter the monster's lair to rescue the hostage and dismantle the organization from within.

Intense battles occur at various points, showcasing the extraordinary strength of both sides. Some heroes even have to risk their lives to fight against dragon-level monsters and above, demonstrating the magnitude of the threat they face.

On the other hand, Garou slowly rises again and undergoes a transformation of power after continuously fighting and getting injured. His physical and mental evolution brings him closer to the form of a "true monster," which makes the monsters start to worry about his existence.

Garou becomes a threat to all parties—heroes and monsters alike—because his power is now unpredictable. He is no longer an ordinary human, but a symbol of chaos born from the imbalance between the world of heroes and monsters.

The climactic battle approaches as the paths of Saitama and Garou finally cross. This is where the third season begins to build great tension between two characters who have very different philosophies and worldviews.
