Talking About THR, Atta Halilintar Prioritizes Employee Welfare

The preparations to welcome Eid al-Fitr are being felt by the large family of Gen Halilintar, including the eldest son, Atta Halilintar. In addition to preparing the tradition of forgiving one another, Atta is also busy with the distribution of Holiday Allowances or THR for those around him.

In between his activities playing football in the Ampera area, Atta shared his story about the meaning of silaturahmi during this blessed month. For him, Ramadan is the right moment to strengthen relationships that may have been strained due to work commitments.

"The tradition is definitely to forgive each other, pray together for Eid. And I just had a family iftar with the Gen Halilintar family because my mother also has a birthday. So it was a moment for silaturahmi as well," said Muhammad Attamimi Halilintar when met in the Ampera area, South Jakarta, Thursday (11/03/2026) night.

Atta emphasizes that the essence of the month of Ramadan is to strengthen the bonds among family members and colleagues. He also just celebrated the birthday of his mother, Lenggogeni Faruk, at a warm iftar gathering.

"The point is that in the month of Ramadan, which is a holy month, a month full of blessings, a month for fostering relationships. Insyaallah in this month we will add, we will strengthen, we will grow again," he added regarding the importance of maintaining family ties.

Regarding financial matters leading up to Eid, Atta has his own perspective on the distribution of holiday bonuses. While in his family the holiday bonus is only seen as part of the fun, he applies a different approach to all the staff working under him.

According to Kris Dayanti's son-in-law, giving more appreciation to employees is an obligation that must be prioritized. He feels that his workers have been highly dedicated for a full year, so they deserve appropriate recognition on the day of victory.

"In the Halilintar family, the holiday bonus is more about having fun together. We share it together. The important thing is the holiday bonus for the employees. There are many, so during this Ramadan month, we also increase our work because in this month we have to appreciate those who work with us even more," emphasized Atta.

Besides the matter of sharing blessings, Atta also revealed a bit about the preparation of special dishes that will be served on the dining table during Eid later. Traditional Indonesian dishes remain the main attraction that must be present to be enjoyed with the extended family. "Cooking meat, cooking chicken, cooking rice," he answered briefly when asked about the food preparations at his home.
