Tamara Bleszynski's Moment Visiting Court, Meeting Her Sibling - Mediation is Tough & Ends in Failure

This is the first time Tamara has met her sibling since being sued for 34 billion related to their father's medical treatment. Tamara Bleszynski's lawyer, Djohansyah, stated that the mediation between his client and Ryszard Bleszynski was tough.

"We mediated for an hour earlier, one of the longest mediations I've ever had. But it was intense, in essence, the plaintiff requested to match the value, while Tamara was already willing, so we'll pay with the hotel being sold, after deducting Tamara's share," said Djohansyah at the South Jakarta District Court, Monday (10/4/2023).

"It's very simple, the mediator judge also conveyed that normatively it should be like that, because the hotel does not belong to someone else, this hotel belongs to the sick party, namely their father. So since this hotel belongs to him, the debt should be paid first," added Djohansyah.

The mediation hearing for Tamara and Rick themselves was declared unsuccessful. This is because both parties did not find a way out in resolving the case. Djohansyah said, Tamara Bleszynski agreed to pay her father's hospital bill of Rp800 million.

"That's the principal value of the hospital bill. The treatment costs were 103 thousand dollars, which is around 1.6 billion rupiah. If you have 50 percent, then Tamara said 50 percent of 103 thousand dollars, which is around 800 million. But the plaintiff still wants to charge interest, amounting to 4 billion rupiah until today. So Tamara objected," said Djohansyah.

Meanwhile, Ryszard Bleszynski's legal representative, Andi Mulia Siregar, revealed that Tamara Bleszynski had good intentions and was willing to pay a portion of her father's hospital expenses to her brother.

"In this meeting, there was good faith mediation, and our client was present with good intentions. Tamara was also willing to pay, but only Rp800 million. This shows that Tamara has good intentions. Our client, Ryszard, is actually hurt," said Andi Mulia Siregar.

"Earlier, it was mentioned that his hurt was caused by Instagram, where Ryszard was slandered and his reputation was negatively affected. In this matter, he never thought of suing or demanding payment for his father's expenses. It never crossed his mind," concluded Andi Mulia Siregar.
