"I just found out there was insurance, they said it was on the ticket for Rp 20 million, that might be my concern if it was an accident. In her statement, Tamara emphasized that her focus is not on money, but on seeking justice related to the incident that took her child's life. She feels that accepting the insurance would not resolve the issues she is facing.

“It’s just that Dante has passed away, I’m not thinking about the insurance whether it’s Rp 20 million, or Rp 50 million, we’re not thinking about that, I just want justice,” Tamara continued.

2. Hoping Similar Incidents Do Not Happen Again

Tamara wants to ensure that similar incidents do not happen in the future. Tamara also does not blame the swimming pool management for her son's death.

“From the beginning, they (the management) said ‘what do you want to do’. I said ‘no sir, this is not the fault of the pool’. Until I signed the letter at that time stating that we would not demand anything from the pool. But they insisted on giving condolence money,” said Tamara.
