Teddy Pardiyana Fails to Obtain Inheritance Rights from Lina Jubaedah, Official Request Denied

The legal efforts made by Teddy Pardiyana to obtain a declaration of heirs for the estate of the late Lina Jubaedah have reached a final chapter. The panel of judges at the Bandung Religious Court has officially issued a ruling regarding the case filed by the husband of the late Lina.

In the trial, the judges decided not to accept the application submitted by Teddy Pardiyana's side. This news provides new legal certainty for the Sule and Rizky Febian families who have been involved in the asset issues.

The legal representative of Rizky Febian, Bahyuni Zaili, provided direct confirmation regarding the outcome of this trial. He explained that the status of the ruling is Niet Ontvankelijke Verklaard or more commonly known as NO.

"The application is declared not accepted (NO)," said Bahyuni Zaili when confirmed at the Bandung Religious Court, Thursday (07/05/2026).

This decision by the panel of judges was made not without strong reasons. Bahyuni revealed that there was a procedural error made by Teddy Pardiyana when registering the case with the court.

Legally, the application for the determination of heirs submitted is considered formally incorrect. Based on legal considerations, this dispute involves conflicting interests between the parties, so it cannot be resolved through a one-party application process. The applicant should have taken the litigation route so that this inheritance dispute could be examined more thoroughly.

"With legal considerations, it should have been submitted in the form of a Lawsuit, not a Request," he explained.

In response to this procedural victory, Bahyuni Zaili ensured that he has coordinated with his clients. Both Sule and Rizky Febian are now aware of the latest legal status regarding the request that was previously submitted by Teddy Pardiyana.

"I have informed Kang Sule and Iky about the decision," concluded Bahyuni Zaili.
