Teddy Pardiyana Still Raises the Issue of 32-Room Boarding House, Rizky Febian Sympathizes with Late Lina Jubaedah

Kapanlagi.com - Teddy Pardiyana complained to the Bareskrim Polri about Rizky Febian's alleged unauthorized possession of assets. The asset is a 32-room boarding house building in the Bojongsoang area of Bandung.

Teddy claimed to have bought the building for Rp 2 billion in partnership with the late Lina Jubaedah. The single father is willing to let the issue go as long as Rizky agrees to give him Rp 500 million.

1. Bought Using Rizky Febian's Money

Rizky Febian's legal representative asserted that the boarding house is his personal property. Late Lina Jubaedah bought it using Rizky's savings from his contract work with NET TV.

"Teddy admitted that the boarding house clearly belongs to Rizky Febian. This can be proven by the testimony of a witness who used to be Lina's assistant. The witness confirmed that the house was bought using Rizky's money," said Bahyuni Zaili during a press conference in Bandung on Monday (6/6/2022).

2. Aware of Asset Ownership

Rizky Febian's lawyer is confused as to why Teddy Pardiyana is bringing up the issue of the boarding house again. In the previous meeting with Abdurrahman T Pratomo, who was Lina Jubaedah's former lawyer, Teddy was already informed about the ownership of the assets.

"At that time, we met with Teddy and his lawyer. At that time, Mr. Abdurrahman read a statement that one of the contents was that the boarding house belonged to Rizky Febian, bought with Lina's money. When asked if he objected to the statement, he said it was true and was not denied by the person concerned," added Bahyuni.

3. Sympathy for Lina Jubaedah

Rizky Febian regrets why Teddy Pardiyana is still making a fuss about the 32-room boarding house. The singer feels sorry for his late mother who is restless in the afterlife.

"This has been going on for too long, it's a pity that the late mother should have been at peace but is disturbed again with something like this. We have talked nicely before with Mama's former lawyer who explained about the assets. At that time, he was there and agreed, I'm confused now why he's making a fuss and asking for a share," said Rizky in a call conference on the same occasion.
