Terry Putri Tells the Chronology When Her House Was Burglarized

Kapanlagi.com - Unpleasant incident just happened to presenter Terry Putri. Her house in Pejaten, South Jakarta was just burglarized. During the incident on Saturday (1/5), Terry Putri was in Bandung while her younger sibling was outside the house.

“Yesterday, the house was empty, so I wasn't there. My sibling was outside the house from afternoon until night. When I returned, the condition of the house was all opened, from the fence, doors, everything was dismantled, all the rooms had their closets taken out and everything,” said Terry Putri.

1. Neighbors Saw Suspicious Car

Neighbors apparently saw a suspicious car in front of Terry Putri's house. However, they thought it was Terry Putri's relative.

"So, some people said that the neighbor next door saw a car in front of the house in the evening, a black Avanza car, they thought it was a relative. My younger sister left home around 3 o'clock to break the fast. She was already home by 8 o'clock. They said that someone saw the car at 4 o'clock, 5 o'clock. Because I don't have CCTV either," said Terry Putri.

2. Caught Because of Package Courier

Terry Putri's house was only discovered to have been burglarized when a package courier arrived and saw the house with the door open. "My sister probably told the neighbor to keep an eye on the house because there are many packages coming around this time of Eid," Terry Putri explained.

"So, we only found out when someone came with a package. The neighbor asked if they should keep it because no one was home. The person delivering the package said, 'Why would I leave it if the door is open?' Then the neighbor saw, 'Why is the door open if no one is home?' When they looked at the gate, the door, everything, it was already open. So, they informed us," she continued.

3. Lost Items

Terry Putri explained that among the lost items were valuable belongings of her siblings and a safe owned by her.

"So, among the personal belongings of my siblings, there were a set of letter holders, wallet, passport, and various other things. In my sibling's room, she took two laptops and a wristwatch. As for my room, maybe she focused on lifting the safe," she concluded.

Terry Putri has reported the incident to the South Jakarta Police and the police have conducted a crime scene investigation. However, there is no latest news about the perpetrator yet.
