The Alleged Assault Case by Nikita Mirzani Not Being Handed Over to the Prosecutor's Office, Here's the Reason

Kapanlagi.com - The assault case involving Nikita Mirzani has entered the P21 stage. In order to complete the submission of files regarding the assault case reported by her ex-husband, Dipo Latief, the mother of three was summoned by the South Jakarta Metro Police investigators to be handed over to the South Jakarta State Prosecutor's Office.

The letter was sent by the investigators so that Nikita can be handed over to the prosecutor's office today, Thursday (2/1) for the second phase. Unfortunately, until late afternoon, Nikita was not seen coming.

"Today, NM has been summoned as a suspect to appear on January 2, 2020, to be handed over to the second phase of the Public Prosecutor's Office," said Kompol Indah Lina, Public Relations Officer of the South Jakarta Metro Police, to journalists via WhatsApp, Thursday (2/1).

1. Already Requested Postponement of Call

Investigating further, it turns out that his legal counsel, Fahmi Bachmid, has already submitted a letter requesting a postponement of the call for his client.

"However, NM did not attend with the reason of preparing for the Umrah pilgrimage," concluded Indah.

2. Received Summons Since December

The case of alleged assault by Nikita Mirzani against her ex-husband, Dipo Latief, has been in the P21 or complete stage since mid-December. This was confirmed by the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of South Jakarta Police, Kompil Andi Sinjaya.

"For the case file, Ms. Nikita Mirzani has been declared complete by the prosecutor's office or P21. The case is about the alleged assault on Mr. Dipo Latief," he explained.

"It should have been done. The person concerned should have been summoned," he added.
