Mpok Alpa's struggle does not stop there. Although she has undergone various treatments, the cancer cells have spread to other organs, making her condition increasingly severe. According to Adji, the doctor said that the cancer cells have spread to the lungs.

"To the lungs, the doctor said. It spread to the lungs, making it hard to breathe. The drops in condition were about a month ago. But still, even though she is being treated, the development of the (cancer) continues," he explained.

"Every two weeks we go for treatment, every three weeks we go for treatment, it goes quickly because if Mpok doesn’t stay active, she says it gets more painful. When she is active and meets her friends, the pain disappears, so she doesn’t think about her illness. So, she is indeed super. If she is not in too much pain, she still walks around, so her principle is ‘don’t pamper yourself if you have an illness.’ Otherwise, it just gets worse; keep moving, a lot of movement," he concluded.
