Kris Dayanti and Yuni Shara Attend the Funeral of Their Manager Who Worked for Decades

Deep sorrow envelops Kris Dayanti and Yuni Shara over the passing of their manager, Selby Anwar. Selby passed away on Monday (3/2/2025) at 02:14 WIB at Siloam Hospital TB Simatupang, Jakarta.

The figure who has accompanied Kris Dayanti or KD's career journey for more than three decades has now departed. Selby's body was buried on Tuesday (4/2/2025) at TPU Astana Raga, Pondok Benda, Pamulang. The funeral procession was attended by family, colleagues, and a number of mourners who wanted to pay their last respects.

KD and Yuni accompanied Selby's body to its final resting place. They were even inside the ambulance carrying the coffin. Throughout the procession, both of them supported the grieving family of the deceased who were still enveloped in sorrow.

The funeral was led by a pastor and was filled with emotion. Prayers were offered to accompany Selby's departure, while KD sat at the edge of the grave, gazing at the coffin with a sad expression.

As the coffin began to be lowered into the grave, the atmosphere became even more poignant. KD and Yuni seemed to watch the ceremony with deep feelings. Slowly, the soil began to cover the coffin, marking the final farewell to someone who had been a part of their journey all this time.

In the midst of mourning, KD expressed gratitude to everyone who has attended and prayed for Selby's departure. He revealed how significant the manager was in his life.

"On behalf of my family, thank you for allowing us to have Ms. Selby. Personally, 32 years is not a short time," said KD.

For KD, Selby was not just a manager, but also someone who always tried to keep his emotions in check in various situations.

"I know she had very well-maintained emotions. May God's blessings bring rain for Ms. Selby. Thank you, God, for taking her to Heaven," he concluded.
