Alyssa Daguise has just shared the moments of the birth of her first child, Soleil Zephora Ghazali. She gave birth through normal delivery at a hospital in Jakarta on Sunday, (10/5) ago.
In this post, Alyssa expressed her gratitude to those who helped her during the delivery process. Alyssa also expressed her thanks to Al Ghazali for being a supportive husband.
During the labor process, Alyssa was accompanied by her mother, Risa Dewi, and her mother-in-law, Maia Estianty. When Alyssa experienced contractions, Risa always lovingly supported her daughter.
Alyssa Daguise underwent induction for her first delivery. She endured waiting for her baby to be able to give birth normally. When Soleil finally arrived, Alyssa cried with emotion and was comforted by Al Ghazali.
After waiting all night, baby Soleil Zephora Ghazali was finally born into the world on Sunday, (10/5) morning. Soleil was born through a normal delivery that lasted several hours at the hospital.
Through her post on Instagram, Alyssa expressed her gratitude to many parties who had helped her during her pregnancy and the delivery process. One of them was her obstetrician, who turned out to also be her mother's obstetrician.
"A special thank you to my amazing Obgyn doctor, Dr. Robert Alief, whom I have trusted since my teenage years and who has helped me through the labor process until my baby could finally be in my arms. (And he was also my mother's Obgyn when she was pregnant with my younger brother, truly a moment that feels full of meaning). Thank you for being an incredible doctor throughout my entire pregnancy journey and always making me feel supported from the start," wrote Alyssa.
"Last but not least, I want to thank my number one support system: my husband. Thank you for being the safest place throughout this pregnancy and labor journey… for holding my hand through every pain, calming every fear, wiping every tear, and staying by my side through it all. Watching you become a father beside me is one of the most beautiful parts of everything," continued Alyssa.
"Soleil, thank you for making me a mother on Mother's Day... You arrived at your own perfect time and made me discover a strength and love that I never knew existed," concluded Alyssa.
