Kapanlagi.com - In June, a hot video circulated widely on social media X. The video became a public focus because the woman in it is allegedly AD, the daughter of musician David Naif.
Concerned about the circulation of the video, a social media observer named Feriyawansyah filed a report at SPKT Polda Metro Jaya on July 12, 2024. Less than a month later, the police managed to apprehend the perpetrators.

Two perpetrators were successfully arrested on July 29, 2024, by the Investigative Team of Unit 5 Subdit IV Cyber Crime Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya based on tracing and profiling results. After the case was presented, the two men were designated as suspects. They are MRS, a 22-year-old student, and JE, a 35-year-old unemployed man.
"Based on sufficient evidence in the form of witness statements and digital footprints related to the content of the obscene or pornographic video on the gadgets belonging to MRS and JE, the status was raised from witness to suspect," said Kombes Pol Ade Safri Simanjuntak, quoted by KapanLagi.com from a written statement.

MRS acknowledged that she operated a Telegram channel. Meanwhile, JE claimed that he is the admin who operates the X account @HwanDongZhow.
After being officially designated as suspects, MRS and JE were detained at the Metro Jaya Police detention center for the purposes of investigation. They are charged under Article 27 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 45 paragraph (1) of Law Number 1 of 2024 concerning the second amendment to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions and/or Article 4 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 29 and/or Article 7 in conjunction with Article 33 of Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography.
