The Story of Zaskia Adya Mecca who Openly Almost Aborted her Fifth Child, Already Booked a Room at a Hospital in Singapore

Zaskia Adya Mecca was declared pregnant with her fifth child at the end of 2019. Apparently, Zaskia said that she was already happy to have two sons and two daughters.

"God has given me two daughters and two sons, so it's already enough for me. That's why when I found out I was pregnant again, I cried a lot,” said Zaskia Adya Mecca in 2020.

Feeling unprepared, Zaskia consulted with Hanung Bramantyo and went to a doctor to terminate her pregnancy.

"Entering the second month (if I'm not mistaken), Mas Hanung and I went to the hospital. I consulted with the doctor, maybe if this fetus is not meant to be," recalled Zaskia Adya Mecca.

The doctor did not grant Zaskia Adya Mecca's intention and reminded her that her actions were considered as abortion. "I remember crying in the corner at the hospital. Mas Hanung felt blamed and tried to calm me down," said the Kiamat Sudah Dekat star.

"The doctor said this: What makes you pregnant is not Hanung Bramantyo but Allah. Conversely, spouses make efforts to have children, but if Allah does not intend it, it will not happen," continued Zaskia.

To terminate her pregnancy, Zaskia Adya Mecca even booked a room at a hospital in Singapore. "I even booked a room at one of the hospitals in Singapore. But in the end, I canceled it," she added.

The cancellation is suspected to be because Zaskia received a lot of advice from her relatives about many couples out there who want to have children and have to spend a lot of money for it.

Through this difficult time, Zaskia Adya Mecca kept her pregnancy a secret from the public for the first time.

She only announced her pregnancy when the fetus was more than 30 weeks old. Now, Zaskia is said to have made peace with her life by accepting all of God's destiny.
