Fico admitted to really delving into his role. In fact, after filming, he had to consult with a psychologist due to mental issues.
"After post-production, I had about six sessions with a psychologist," said Fico Fachriza at a press conference in Kota Kasablanka, South Jakarta, Saturday (29/4/2023).
Fico expressed that Andromeda's character is really ingrained in him. He feels that there is something different about the personality of the comedian who came from a talent search event.
"Because I feel that many of the decisions I make are not Fico Fachriza's but Andromeda's, I once told this to a psychologist," said Fico.
"Now, for example, there's a girl who invites me to go clubbing and if Fico Fachriza wants to go, Andromeda doesn't want to, doesn't want to go to the room, but if Fico Fachriza really wants to, that's why I told my psychologist," he added.
Then Fico explained why he wanted to play a role in the movie ANGEL: We All Have Dreams. According to him, he didn't want to continue to be in the shadow of comedy until the end of his life.
"Firstly, I want to know whether I can act outside of comedy, whether comedy will stick with me until the end of my life," concluded Fico Fachriza.
The movie ANGEL: We All Have Dreams will be released in theaters starting April 4, 2023. In addition to Fico, a number of actors and actresses are involved in the film. Starting from Ari Irham, Beby Tsabina, Ari Irham, Fico Fahriza, to Via Vallen.
