Rima Sania Pontoh, Lady Nayoan's mother, passed away on Monday, August 24, 2026, at 19:23 WIB. As the funeral preparations were underway, Lady herself beautified her mother's face for the last time.

"Earlier, because when in formalin, it usually releases fluids, so the lipstick that disappeared last night, I fixed it again," said Lady Nayoan when met at the mourning house Adian Nasonang Raya, Mustika Jaya, Bekasi, Tuesday (25/8/2026).
