Their Marriage is Irreparable, Legal Counsel Says Catherine Wilson and Idham Mase Have Lost Communication

Kapanlagi.com - The marriage of Catherine Wilson and Idham Mase seems to be irreparable. Their divorce decision is scheduled for an ecourt hearing on Wednesday, May 29, 2024.

In relation to this, Dody Haryanto, as the legal counsel for Catherine Wilson, explained that his client has now lost communication with Idham Mase. Dody also explained about the dispute over a credit car that was a gift from Idham to Catherine's mother before the marriage.

"Lost communication, Catherine and Idham are now separate, Catherine never goes to Idham's place anymore," said Dody Haryanto when contacted by phone on Thursday (16/5/2024).

"The car was revealed in court, that the car was a gift from Idham to Catherine's mother. So before the wedding, Idham gave a gift to his future mother-in-law, an Alphard car, but it turned out to be a credit car," he continued.

Dody said that when asked by the judge, Idham confirmed that the car was a gift, not a condition for marrying Catherine Wilson.

"Idham's lawyer was asked by the judge before the wedding if he gave a car as a gift to Catherine's mother, and the answer was yes. The vehicle registration is in her mother's name, so the vehicle registration certificate is also in her mother's name," he said.

2. No Longer Visited by Leasing Company

In addition, regarding the gift car which turned out to be a car on credit, Dody said that the leasing company no longer visits Catherine Wilson's mother. Perhaps, since the gift car was revealed in court, Idham Mase has taken care of all the obstacles.

"There hasn't been any progress, so after being visited by someone from the leasing company yesterday, discussed in court, now they no longer visit. I don't know whether Idham has taken care of it or not, it's not our place to discuss this," he concluded.
